Emergency Shelter

Samaritan House, Inc. offers short term emergency shelter to those of Franklin and Grand Isle counties who are in need of these services.  In addition to providing the necessity of shelter, we also provide hygiene products, clothing, food, laundry facilities and other services to those in need.

Men's Transitional Housing

Samaritan House, Inc. operates a six month transitional homeless shelter for homeless men of Franklin and Grand Isle counties.  This program provides men with the support needed to find and maintain jobs, build or repair credit, and to develop the financial resources necessary to obtain permanent housing.  Samaritan House, Inc. provides case managment and other support services in order to ensure the success of our clients.

Women's / Family Transitional Housing

Samaritan House, Inc. operates a six month transitional homeless shelter for homeless women and families of Franklin and Grand Isle counties.  This program provides women or in the case of families, the parents, the support needed to find and maintian jobs, build or repair credit, and to develop the financial resources necessary to obtain permanent housing.  Samaritan House, Inc. provides case managment and other support services in order to ensure the success of our clients.
